From Fire to Fresh Start
Owners Tracy and Loren Peters faced a major setback when an electrical fire closed the original Blue i Eatery on Honda Drive in March 2025. Rather than walk away, they worked toward a new chapter in downtown Lincoln, transforming an old mercantile into a welcoming restaurant.
Scratch-Made Food
The restaurant emphasizes food made from scratch. Its menu includes breakfast bowls, breakfast burritos, omelets, sandwiches, fried green tomatoes, Conecuh sausage dip, burgers and hearty dinner plates. One specialty is a grilled-cheese sandwich with bacon, brie and blueberry.
More Than a Restaurant
Blue i Bistro also offers catering and online ordering. Its return gives downtown Lincoln another place where residents can gather, eat and support local ownership.
